Our Mission in Nong Khai

Hello Blog Followers,
in October, a part of our 2 week mission in Thailand will be a one week ESL (English as a second language) workshop for government officials in the northern town of Nong Khai, on the Mekong river, which is the border with Laos. Here we will help tourism agents and other government officials practice their English in a practical, simple and friendly manner, while letting the love and patience of Jesus shine through us, and showing them what Christianity is all about. We will be accompanied by our host staff members from Lutheran Hour Ministries, who speak Thai fluently and will help with any language barriers.
These photos are some of the people and the sites of  Nong Khai.

Please keep us in your prayers as we prepare to embark on this trip to the other side of the earth to do The Lord's work. THANKS TO ALL!
